How to Book a Consult

To book a virtual coaching call or garden consultation appointment, simply visit our website and navigate to the 'Book Online' section. Choose your service, preferred date and time, fill in your details, and our team will get in touch with you to confirm your appointment.

Consultation Process Details

Our virtual coaching process includes a thorough discussion about your gardening needs, goals, and questions. We offer personalized recommendations and strategies designed to meet your specific requirements.

During our garden consultation appointments, you'll complete a tailored questionnaire to help us identify your gardening goals. We then meet with you either in-person (within 80 miles of Trenton, IL) or virtually to review the customized gardening report we've created based on your responses.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: March 1, 2026

This policy applies to all gardening consultation services booked with Bee Fed Botanicals, LLC.

1. Client Cancellations

More Than 48 Hours Before Appointment

Client may cancel or reschedule without penalty.

24–48 Hours Before Appointment

Client may reschedule once without penalty.
Cancellations may incur a 25% service fee.

Less Than 24 Hours Before Appointment

Cancellations are non-refundable.
Rescheduling may require a new booking fee.

2. No-Show Policy

If the Client does not attend a scheduled virtual coaching or consultation without notice, the session is considered forfeited and non-refundable.

3. Late Arrivals - 15 minutes past scheduled time

If the Client arrives late to any scheduled service appointment:

The session may be shortened to accommodate scheduling.
Full service fee still applies.

4. Emergency Exceptions

We understand life happens. Emergency rescheduling may be considered at our discretion for:

Medical emergencies
Severe weather events
Family emergencies

Documentation may be requested in rare cases.

5. Company Cancellations

If Bee Fed Botanicals, LLC must cancel due to illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances:

Client may reschedule at no cost
OR
Receive a full refund
