Consultation Agreement Addendum

Effective Date: March 1, 2026

This Consultation Agreement Addendum (“Agreement”) supplements the Terms & Conditions of Bee Fed Botanicals, LLC and applies specifically to virtual coaching and gardening consultation services.

Bee Fed Botanicals, LLC is organized and operating in the State of Illinois.

By booking a virtual coaching or garden consultation, the client (“Client”) agrees to the following:

1. Nature of Services

Coaching and consultations are educational and advisory in nature. Recommendations are based on:

Information provided by the Client
Visual assessments (if applicable)
Stated goals and site conditions

Bee Fed Botanicals, LLC does not perform landscaping installation, construction, soil testing, pest control application, or structural modifications.

2. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Disclose known site conditions (e.g., drainage issues, chemical treatments, structural limitations)
Implement recommendations at their own discretion

All decisions regarding property changes remain solely the responsibility of the Client.

3. No Professional Licensure Representation

Virtual coaching and gardening consultation services are not agricultural engineering, architectural, legal, or environmental regulatory services. The services provided by Bee Fed Botanicals, LLC are purely educational in nature and should be treated as such.

If specialized professional services are required, the Client is responsible for retaining appropriate licensed professionals.

4. No Warranty of Results

Gardening outcomes depend on numerous variables including climate, weather patterns, soil conditions, maintenance practices, pests, and other environmental factors.

Bee Fed Botanicals, LLC makes no guarantee of plant survival, crop yield, aesthetic results, or financial outcomes resulting from coaching or consultation advice.

All services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bee Fed Botanicals, LLC shall not be liable for:

Plant loss
Property damage
Crop failure
Economic loss
Incidental or consequential damages

Liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the coaching or consultation service.

6. Intellectual Property

All coaching and consultation materials, guides, sketches, planting plans, or written recommendations remain the intellectual property of Bee Fed Botanicals, LLC.

They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
